When success is taking a toll
I work with physicians, attorneys, executives, and other professionals who carry a great deal of responsibility. You may be effective at what you do and still feel stretched thin, disconnected from your values, or unsure where your career is headed. Sometimes the question is how to sustain the path you are on. Sometimes it is whether the path needs to change.
Coaching gives us room to look at the whole picture: your work, relationships, health, priorities, and the habits that follow you into leadership. We can explore boundaries, decision-making, communication, and the way pressure shapes how you show up with colleagues and the people closest to you.
Health that reaches beyond you
The goal is not simply to make you more productive. I want to help you find a more grounded and sustainable way to function in your career, then bring that steadiness into the teams and organizations you influence. That may mean clarifying what matters, making a difficult decision, changing a pattern of overextension, or leading with more honesty and intention.
My style is casual and direct. I draw on CBT principles to notice how thoughts, feelings, and habits affect choices, while making room for faith and biblical principles when that is important to you. We can discuss whether coaching or counseling is the right fit for what you are bringing.
I meet in Richardson and can discuss remote options and availability. In your first inquiry, a brief note about your role and what you hope to work on is enough.
