Looking beneath the argument
Relationship concerns may involve a spouse, partner, family member, friend, or another important person in your life. The visible disagreement is often only part of the story. Underneath it may be fear of being dismissed, a need for connection, difficulty trusting, or a familiar way of protecting yourself.
We can slow those moments down and look at what you think, feel, and do when connection becomes difficult. That can help you understand your part in the pattern and decide what you want to practice differently.
More honest connection
Counseling is a place to talk about what you need, what you avoid, and what keeps getting lost in the conversation. We can work on clearer communication, boundaries, repair, and the courage to be more direct and more curious.
We can discuss your situation and whether individual work with me is the right fit for the concerns you bring.
I offer counseling at the Richardson office and by telehealth, subject to current availability.
Getting started
You can ask about availability, fees, and whether my approach fits what you are looking for. There is no need to send private details in your first message.
