This website’s forms are for appointment and speaking inquiries. They are not clinical intake forms. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, treatment history, insurance documents, or confidential details about yourself or anyone else.
What you send and where it goes
The appointment form asks for your name, email address, appointment preference, and optional phone number, referral categories, and scheduling notes. Speaking inquiries also ask for event and organization details. Submissions are sent to Andrew at andrew@magnoliacounselinggroup.com using Resend, an email delivery service. Sending an inquiry does not establish a counseling relationship.
Email and intake
Email involves third-party delivery and mailbox services. Please do not treat this website form or ordinary email as a confidential clinical intake channel. Ask Andrew how to provide intake information before sending clinical documents or personal history. These forms are not monitored continuously; if you are in immediate danger, call 911.
Website services
The website uses hosted infrastructure, externally hosted fonts, and embedded Google Maps. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when their services load. This website does not add advertising pixels or a third-party analytics script.
